Penn's President Amy Gutmann and Perry World House present a Public Lecture by German President Joachim Gauck

On October 6, 2015, the University of Pennsylvania's President Amy Gutmann and Perry World House will host the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, His Excellency Joachim Gauck, for a public lecture on shared US –German values. President Gauck’s public lecture, titled “Freedom – our shared bond,” will be hosted by Penn’s Perry World House at 10:30 a.m. in the Hall of Flags at Houston Hall. President Gutmann will introduce President Gauck. The address is on the record and open to the public.

Pre-registration is required for security purposes. Doors open at 9:30 a.m., no admittance after 10:15 a.m. Space is limited; please arrive early. Government issued photo ID must be presented at the door, and large bags are prohibited.
